MADRID, May 11th 2011 (AFP) – The internacional Venezuelan player from Málaga, Salomón Rondón, suffered on this Tuesday a rupture on the left leg’s muscle. The revolution is still pending, said on this Wednesday the Spanish club.
“ After fighting for the ball on the minute 33 of the first time of the game, the Venezuelan forward suffered a rupture of his left leg’s muscle” during the match of the 36th round of the Spanish League, which Málaga won by 2 - 0 the Sporting Gijón.
“Rondón will be evaluated in Thursday, May 12th, in some diagnostics tests which determinate how big is his injury and the time expected for his return”, conclude the communicate of Málaga in the official website.
According to the Spanish doctors, the player could be back in a month and could be a doubt for the match which Spain and Venezuela will play in June 7th, in the Venezuelan city Puerto La Cruz.
